We stayed here with our dogs, niece and nephew and had a fantastic time. The house was stocked with everything we needed, was so comfortable and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. It was a great home base for mountain adventures over spring break. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect space for our family to get in some quality mountain time over the holidays. Plenty of privacy in this beautiful, quiet neighborhood with all the convenience of being so close to town. We enjoyed the surrounding towns of Breck and Frisco as well as the trails that were walking distance from the house. The house was beautifully decorated and fully stocked (spices, aluminum foil, all kinds of kid accessories--high chair, baby gate). It was amazing to be able to bring our dogs too! Highly recommend!!!

This house is perfect for a large group. If you're looking for a place that has several separate areas (rooms and bathrooms), this place is for you. It is in a great location and the hot tub is a nice bonus. The room count doesn't add the pull out sofa in one room, so you can add another room to the count. The house is a bit dated and could use a refresh on the fixtures, etc, but if that doesn't bother you, it's a really great place. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area with our large family!
