Looking to rent your second home or investment property but not as a short term rental? Our PMI Extend program is for homeowners who are looking to rent their properties monthly or seasonally! With PMI Extend there is a 30 day minimum, and 5 months maximum. *Any rentals ranging 6 months to a year will qualify for PMI's long-term leasing program*

Fees, Commission, Onboarding Fee:

$350 OnBoarding Fee(one time)

$50/month

15% commission rate

Maintenance Fees(as needed):

$80/hour maintenance

$40 minimum trip charge

$30 flat rate coordination fee
