PMI Extend is for homeowners who wish to rent their properties out for 30 days or more. Perfect for the homeowner who wants to use their home while still being able to generate revenue from their investment all while adhearing to the STR regulations.

Fees, Commission, Onboarding Fee:

$350 OnBoarding Fee(one time)

$50/month

15% commission rate

Maintenance Fees(as needed):

$80/hour maintenance

$40 minimum trip charge

$30 flat rate coordination fee
