1. Blue Moon Bakery - Silverthorne
The Blue Moon Bakery is locally owned and operated here in Summit County. They have a variety of breakfast & lunch sandwiches as well as many different bakery items including gluten free options! You can sit down in their small dining area, or take them to go. The staff is super friendly and always welcoming. It is surely one of locals and visitors favorite breakfast spots!

2. Arapahoe Cafe - Dillon
Arapahoe Cafe is located in the heart of Dillon. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is served 7am to 11am Monday through Friday and 7am to 12pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Stop on in and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal in a historic location!
3. Haywood Cafe - Keystone
A local’s favorite for over 10 years! Haywood Cafe offers breakfast and lunch daily from 8am to 2pm. Their menus have been crafted to ensure no one leaves hungry! Not even the kiddos! 6. Sunshine Cafe - Silverthorne
“A little mountain cafe with lots of altitude!” Sunshine Cafe in Silverthorne has won Best of Summit’s best breakfast every year since 2004! Offering breakfast and lunch classics, Sunshine Cafe is a must when visiting Summit County. The best thing about their large menu, you ask? The fact that breakfast is served all day! 7. House of Vibes - Silverthorne
House of Vibes is such a vibe! Locally owned and operated, this newer coffee shop in town has everyone talking! They offer all the coffee needs you may have as well as a small selection of treats and breakfast sammies for your hunger. This coffee shop was uniquely designed but it’s owner to put off a calming and secure vibe with plants and books surrounding you. They also offer locally made goods. If you're staying in the Keystone village then Inxpot is the spot for you! Offering coffee and breakfast options, Inxpot is a Keystone employee’s favorite place to go for their morning coffee and biscuit sandwich! Inxpot offers breakfast, lunch, coffee, tea, alcohol, and even a happy hour!

Bread & Salt is a classic breakfast place located on Main Street in Frisco. They pride themselves on using locally sourced ingredients when possible.
